IT&MathAZ2018
The Ural Federal University and N.N. Krasovskii Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics (Ural Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences) is pleased to announce International Research Workshop on Information Technologies and Mathematical Modeling for Efficient Development of Arctic Zone (IT&MathAZ2018) to be held in the Graduate School of Business and Management in Ekaterinburg, Russia.
The workshop is organized by the Laboratory of Applied System Research jointly with the Laboratory of International and Regional Economics (Graduate School of Business and Management, Ural Federal University).
IT&MathAZ2018 will focus on the applied system analysis, the latest developments in computer science and mathematics and their application in an efficient development of Arctic zone. Authors are encouraged to submit abstract or papers on their research considering, but not being limited to, the following topics:
— Numerical modeling of sustainability for crucial infrastructures in Arctic zone
— Information technologies for environmental prognoses and technological influences in Arctic zone
— Agent-based modeling of transportation systems in Arctic zone
— Optimal control and observation problems under uncertainty
— Big data and data-driven systems
— Machine Learning
— Smart grids in energy supply
Language
Official language of IT&MathAZ2018 is English. All presentations and abstracts should be in English. Working languages of workshop are English and Russian.

19-21 April, 2018 — Workshop
10 May, 2018 — Camera-ready version deadline
